Update: We're adopting!

Thank you for everyone for all the support and for helping get the word out. We were contacted over the Christmas break to see if we were interested in adopting a baby boy. We were ecstatic! Fast forward a few months, our son was born March 2, 2011. We are so happy to have him in our lives and to finally be parents! To our friends that are struggling with infertility or wanting to adopt, we've just gotta say that all good things come to those who wait for them (on the Lord's timing). Even though it seems like it may never come!!! It eventually does as you consider all of your options and find new ones. Hang in there!

Why We Want to Adopt

We have loved our life together so far! We have been so excited to start our family, but it hasn't been as easy as we had hoped. And despite the tests that have been performed, doctors really don't know why we haven't been able to get pregnant. Even though it hasn't been easy, going through all of this has turned out to be a blessing. Not only are we stronger as a couple, but we know it will just make us love and appreciate our children even more! And whichever way parenthood comes, we know it will be such a blessing!

We have so much love to give and cannot wait for a little spirit to join our family!
